We hold trust to the same values and principles that Rémy Benoit founded Kenmare Select on. Now in our third generation we are just as passionate about good food as we were in 1963 when our father Michael founded Quinlan’s Fish.

The Journey Continues

Smoked salmon is a passion of the Quinlan family. Our philosophy is to use artisan skills, our old and perfected recipes and the finest fresh ingredients to bring our customers the best Irish smoked salmon to buy locally and online, which aligns perfectly with the Kenmare Select brand’s original vision. Today we carefully select, cure and smoke Kenmare Select Smoked Salmon at our HQ in Renard Point, where it all began for the Quinlan’s Fish businesses.
