How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Smoked Salmon?
Upon dispatch from our Smokehouse here in Renard Point, Co. Kerry, deliveries within Ireland and most EU countries will take 24 hours. For deliveries to the USA, this can take 48 hours to arrive.
But don’t worry, our Irish smoked salmon is fully sealed and vacuum packed in temperature regulating packaging to ensure it arrives entirely fresh to your door.
What Days Do You Ship?
All of our smoked salmon is made to order so you can purchase whenever you wish safe in the knowledge that there is never any stock issue with the product you purchase – because our smoked salmon is made to order, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
For orders going to the USA, we only ship on Mondays to avoid any potential delays being encountered at weekends.
Not only does this mean we fulfill each order with only the freshest salmon but this allows enough time for our courier to complete deliveries well before the weekend period.
How Do I Know When My Smoked Salmon Order Will Arrive?
When your order has been shipped from our Smokehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from our courier which will indicate arrival at the delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.
You will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress of your order through each stage of the shipping process.
What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Smoked Salmon?
As our smoked salmon is made to order, you can rest assured that all of our salmon has a four week shelf life from when it is smoked. This is due to the unique process that we use by preparing, salting, smoking and then vacuum packing to ensure the ultimate freshness.
When your order arrives just pop it into the fridge at 0-4℃ /32-39.2℉
What Countries Do You Deliver To?
We deliver to Ireland, the USA and to the following European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Malta, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.
How Much Does It Cost To Ship?
Shipping is via our trusted couriers UPS (Worldwide) and DPD (Ireland) and is available according to weight for customers in selected countries such as the USA and most European countries.
For delivery within Ireland, orders of €50 or more ship for free.
For Shipping To The EU: Why Is VAT Included In My Order?
Due to new EU regulations, we now must charge the VAT rate of the EU country that our smoked salmon is being delivered to. The VAT rate charged relates to the VAT rate allocated for smoked salmon within that EU country.
